We’ve recently received word that some of the ministries that Life for the Innocent partners with have come under significant pressure from those opposed to their work. Some have had to completely shut down their websites; others have had their leaders arrested and beaten.
Oddly, we take this a good news. If we weren’t causing waves, impacting the world around us and generally making those in authority a little uncomfortable, no one would care and the status quo would continue.
It’s a bit of a sticky situation; we have to be especially careful about what sort of information gets posted online. We want as many people as possible to be praying for these ministries, but those who wish ill of those ministries are watching as well.
Please join us in praying that the latter group would be completely blind to Life for the Innocent and the ministries that we partner with.
Pray that they would be completely ineffectual in slowing the work that God is doing to rescue children from the sex trade.
Finally, please pray for the swift release of the leaders who have already been jailed.
