[custom_headline level=”h4″]Freedom.[/custom_headline]

Webster’s defines freedom as the quality or state of being free with the absence of necessity, coercion or constraint in choice or action. The word that strikes me there is, COERCION. Many of the children that we have taken in lived a life that forced them to do things no child should do, and there are many more out there still living in this horror. Their lives are spent getting through each day as hope dwindles and numbness increases. Yet for some, there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Freedom, it is an amazing thing. When a child who has been caught up in human trafficking enters our program their journey to freedom has begun.  Our desire is to see them impacted in mind, body and soul.  Freedom touches each of these areas of the children we help.  We want to reach more, take in more, see more taste freedom. Would you please be willing to give to LFTI to help us reach another child today with the amazing gift of freedom we enjoy so much 365 days a year?
Happy Independence!
